Power Gain

Why did I chose this picture ? I could write a critique on every photos of this serie to show how much I apreciate it ! This one is the most representative of what I feel.
First, the story behind this serie touches me, the strencht of fighting life to survive, what a beautiful subject !
On the left of the picture, there is this smoke, as if it was uncertain atmosphere, and the pose of the model is a concentrating one, she seems to invoque some strenght from her inner self. The make up is really great too because it really show how poisonous these flowers can be to survive. The darkness of the edition doesn't steal the pure and light of the characters, that's a great thing I admire. The clothes are amazing, adding drakness too, but soften the subject by romantic paterns. The place too is well choosen, really dark.
But again this darkness dosen't touch the softness of the models, that's why I really love this serie !
Let us be intersted by the right part of the photo now.
As the model from the left is concentrating, the one from the right is already powerfull, and tries to seduce the unknown walker of this forest. She seems softer with her feather but the make up let her remains a poisonus beautiful flower.
The strenght is also accentuated by the edition, unsaturated and dark but soft. The models are really involved in the subject of the serie, they do appropriated poses.
I think that those surviving flowers will break some hearts, as if they were fed by despair of men who desire them without being able to approch them.
I hope my interpreatation is not too far from the one the photographer wanted to show, with all my passion,
