Birthday Princess 1

More and more, I've really come to love photographing children! And little girls who like to dress up are simply the best! This lovely little girl's 3rd birthday happened recently, and we wanted to get some birthday princess pictures of her, since she loves to play at being a princess. I literally got about 5-10 minutes of snapping madly with my camera as the sun was dying and the little princess was growing tired of the day's festivities, but I love the results! My grandmother and I discovered the darling little vintage union-made lace dress at a local yardsale. I couldn't resist sharing this one and the companion one with my dA friends, and also share how much I'm enjoying doing kid's portraits lately!

And just to point it out, the spot on her hand is actually a piece of star-shaped confetti
