Gorgeous classic portrait. The heavy makeup might not be the best choice for the location, but ignoring the location, its a beautiful photo!

Thank you very much Ariana for both your compliments and your critique! This wasn't meant to be a normal pool or bikini shoot, but an editorial fashion shoot more like these: [link] Obviously, they're much different styles, but I love how fashion is more about fantasy than reality!

What a beauty. However, I would like to see her with less rouge on her cheeks. She does not need it (in that amount)! Especially, when you take photos of a model in a bikini. It would also appear more natural, for she has a less bronzed skin. I love the colour of her hair an the light curls of it on her back. I recomment to brush them not that straight on her forehead, for the same reasons I already mensioned. I guess, this photo would be better, when she holds her head more vertically. But maybe, thats just my personal favour.

Thank you very much for your critique Claudia. It's meant to be a very "stylized" fashion editorial shoot, not a natural looking bikini picture, which is why she has more makeup. I photograph lots of natural looking girls so it's fun to do something more glamorous! I greatly appreciate your opinion though!

If you would like to see some more natural images of Katie, you can see my earlier images with her here: [link]
